Data Deletion Instructions: campaigner-mms App

The campaigner-mms internal application, operated by Campaigner Marketing Solutions, processes data accessed via Meta's APIs for the work the agency does for its clients. Besides advertising data, this includes personal data that people send to those businesses: lead forms submitted through their ads, and messages and comments sent to the Facebook and Instagram pages and WhatsApp numbers we manage for them. For such a person we may hold a name, a platform user ID or phone number, the content they sent and when they sent it.

How to request data deletion

If you believe Campaigner Marketing Solutions holds personal data about you (e.g., you filled in a lead form in an ad of one of our clients, sent a message or comment to a page or WhatsApp number we manage, or your data appeared in a Custom Audience uploaded by one of our clients), you may request deletion of that data.

To submit a deletion request, please send an email to dolev@campaigner.co.il with:

  • Subject: Data Deletion Request
  • Your full name, and the email address, phone number or Facebook/Instagram profile you believe is associated with the data
  • The name of the business whose ad, page or WhatsApp number it was
  • Any reference (e.g., ad ID or campaign name) if known

Response time

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion (or explain why we cannot) within 30 days, in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.

What happens after deletion

Upon a verified request:

  • Lead-form entries, messages, comments and contact records linked to you are deleted from our systems
  • Any Custom Audience entries derived from your data will be removed from our managed lists
  • Aggregated reporting data, which does not personally identify you, may be retained
  • Original client-provided source files are processed in-memory and are not stored in raw form, so no separate deletion is required for those

Deletion requests that Meta forwards to us for this App are handled the same way, matched on the app-scoped user ID.
